1. Who we are

SuperDealCheck (superdealcheck.nl) is run by JRK Digital Media in the Netherlands, as part of the Hokimi network. You can reach us at info@hokimi.com.

2. What the site does

SuperDealCheck is a free information service. It shows prices, offers and Nutri-Scores of supermarkets side by side and helps you make a shopping list. We do not sell anything: when you buy a product, you buy it from the supermarket, under its own conditions.

3. Prices and product information

• Prices, offers and product details come from the supermarkets' websites and folders and are read automatically. They can contain mistakes or be out of date.
• The price at the till and the supermarket's own conditions always count. Offers can be regional, for members only, or while stocks last.
• Nutri-Scores and nutrition values come from the supermarket or Open Food Facts. They are not medical or dietary advice; always check the pack for allergens and ingredients.

4. Your account

• You do not need an account. With one, your list, regular products and price alerts are kept for you.
• You sign in with a code sent to your e-mail address. Keep access to that address to yourself.
• You can delete your account at any time on the account page; your data is removed at once.
• We may suspend an account that is used to misuse the site or other people.

5. Fair use

Use the site for your own shopping. Do not copy the site or its data with automated tools, do not overload or attack it, and do not use alerts or sign-in codes to bother others.

6. Names, logos and photos

Supermarket names, logos, product photos and folder pages belong to the supermarkets and brand owners. We show them only to identify the products and offers, and link to the original. Some product data comes from Open Food Facts (ODbL; photos CC BY-SA); the map and store locations from OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL). Are you a rights holder and want something removed? Mail info@hokimi.com and we remove it within 2 working days.

7. Links to other sites

We link to supermarkets, folders and maps. Those sites have their own terms and privacy rules; we are not responsible for their content.

8. Liability

We work hard to keep the information right, but the site is offered as it is, without a guarantee that it is complete, correct or always available. We are not liable for loss caused by a wrong or outdated price or product detail, except in case of intent or gross negligence. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer.

9. Changes

We may change these terms when the site changes. The date at the top shows the latest version; important changes are announced on the site.

10. Law and disputes

Dutch law applies. Let us first try to solve a problem together: mail info@hokimi.com. If that does not work, the competent Dutch court decides; as a consumer you may also go to the court where you live.
